Blended Learning - Lean Manufacture

We have witnessed the significant value this added to our customers organisations through engaging lean practices and embedding a can do, will do attitude within the teams.  Once you have made such a major investment into your organisation, it is important to continue the learning with all future new recruits in order to keep the momentum going.

Through our experience in delivery and the material we put together in order to run these courses as blended learning, we are able to continue – but without, unfortunately, the funding.  Each course (5S’s, Standard Operations, Kaizen, JIT Kaizen, Skills Control, 7 Tools, 7 New Tools and Preventative Led Maintenance) can be delivered to groups of up to 16 learners in a newly designed 3 hour session on your premises.  At a cost of £350.00 per session this can equate to a highly competitive £22.00 per person.  You simply provide the room and refreshments and we will provide the learning experience!

Another thing you might wish to consider is the new Business Improvement Techniques NVQ which we can currently offer foc, providing the colleagues are priority learners and do not already possess an NVQ Level 2.  This is an excellent NVQ which covers all the Lean Manufacturing elements mentioned above and more.
